What we expect:
Selected speakers must agree to provide educational content only and abide by VAR's guidelines, which will be provided after selections are made.
The Selection Process
To be considered, please complete the form below. Only complete applications will be considered.
Speakers will be chosen based on the following criteria:
- Course relevance and timeliness
- Clarity of topic definition/focus
- Information/material utility
- Speaker experience/credentials
Submissions will be reviewed bi-weekly and selected presenters will be informed no later than June 1 of the Convention year to confirm availability and session details.
