    The Homeowner Assistance Program (HAP) sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense saves stress and money for relocating servicemen and their families affected by base realignments and closures (BRAC), and other circumstances. In this session, Lee Bevins, D.O.D employee and H.A.P. expert will walk you through the details of HAP and how to use it to help these special buyers and sellers who are a growing population in Virginia.

Gee DunstenGee Dunsten, former CRS National President, Expert and Author

Gee has worked in residential sales, sales management, and as a broker.  In 1986 Gee sold his business to become a senior instructor with the Council of Residential Spe­cialists for almost 20 years and served as CRS president in 2001. In addition to teaching CRS classes, Gee is president of Gee Dunsten Seminars, Inc which is known across the country for their hands-on approach to real estate training with leading edge ideas

He is co-author of the book Mega-Million Dollar Secrets, Power Pack I and II software programs, and a series, Blow Your Own Horn.

With over 35 years of service in the federal government working as project and program manager for housing initiatives, Lee Bevins now helps lead the implementation of the U.S. government’s Expanded Housing Assistance Program.  Show up to her session to get a clear understanding of the needs, policies, and processes related to working with military/federal government families affected by base realignments, closures, and other job-related relocations.
